1. Acceptance of Terms

10. Indemnification

If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 18jl22 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform or infringement of intellectual property rights.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

12. Termination and Suspension

18jl22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, providing false information, engaging in prohibited activities, or at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued use of the Services poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. 18jl22 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds in accordance with our verification procedures, but reserves the right to withhold funds if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or breach of these Terms.
